To be able to apply for an EASA Part-66 (Aircraft Maintenance Licence) Category B2 rating, the following knowledge modules must be succesfully passed. The B2L licence is a new licence Category and applicable for the non-group 1 aircraft (smaller, non-complex aircraft). For the B2L Category different system ratings are applicable and per system rating sub-modules from M13 are applicable.

Within AMC66 we split Module 13 in 2 Examinations, from which the first examination covers all the applicable sub-modules which are applicable to the B2L Category.

In total 13 Multiple Choice Examinations and 4 Essay Questions are applicable to the B2 Category.
